中石化今（16）日指控美商股東漠視合資中普氣體的協議，企圖以2%股權之差搓掉中石化在中普的股權。還說經濟部中部辦公室大小眼，對本土企業百般刁難，卻對美商外資予取予求。現階段董事長林克銘無法執行董事長職權，身為監察人的中石化總經理余建松更無法對中普進行查帳。
中普氣體是美商普萊克斯公司 (Praxair, Inc.) 和中石化的合資企業，是國內唯一的氣體公司，供應台積電、聯電等其他高科技晶圓廠氣體原料，其對台灣整體IC產業具有舉足輕重的關鍵地位。
中石化表示，由於中普業務成長迅速，美商仗著只比中石化多2%股權身分，竟有意併吞整個中普氣體公司，國內高科技業者恐怕得面臨吞下遠比國外更高價的氣體價格、增加營運成本。
中石化也說，整整4年擔任中普氣體董事長的林克銘進不了公司大門，無法執行董事長職權，身為監察人的中石化總經理余建松更無法對該公司進行查帳，只因經濟部中部辦公室便宜行事屢次對中石化變更公司印鑑等事項不作為或百般刁難。
即使法院判決確認林克銘為董事長，中辦仍置若罔聞，但在美商要求全面控制中普氣體公司時卻予取予求，這其中不僅涉及本土外資企業合資問題，更衝擊國內科技產業及地方發展。
中石化指出，美商指定委派的總經理一手遮天，違反公司治理準則一再阻擋中石化行使股東權益，並意圖修改公司組織章程要脅解散公司，內部員工該何去何從？地方發展恐陷入絕境。為求社會公義，中石化董事長林克銘將於明(17)日上午親上火線站出來召開記者會說明真相。

全球瘋玩的金氏世界紀最便宜錄最大單一遊戲氣墊「太空基地─時空奇航」特展，12月2日至12月20日於板橋435藝文特區啟航！此次遊戲氣墊以太空主題，規劃長30米、寬20米、高10米，占地面積600平方米，可同時容納200人以上遊玩超大氣墊，另外還有5大主題遊戲區、太空展覽、太空互動體驗、太空人裝紀念照相區及部份免費體驗區，讓小朋友透過好玩的遊樂設施探索無垠的太空世界。
「太空基地─時空奇航」特展以電影故事營造科幻情境主題，將大型氣墊玩具打造仿真太空梭環境，讓小朋友在安全空間中盡情跑跳、玩樂，穿梭有如巨型迷宮般的遊戲空間，體驗高達3層樓高的太空梭溜滑梯，或是小朋友最愛的彈跳太空艙，還有以外星人樂園、古墓奇兵探險、博物館驚魂夜-法老王復活、侏儸紀公園及火箭升空體驗5大氣墊主題供小朋友一票暢遊到底、闖關挑戰。
新北市政府文化局表示，特展除了主體遊戲區需購票參與外，另規劃部分免費活動，如遊戲氣墊體驗區、12星座旅程遊戲區、太空主題館等，供民眾嘗鮮體驗。若玩得不過癮，園區還有「台灣玩具博物館」、柏油路粉筆塗鴉樂、大草皮愜意野餐等大小活動；12月11日至12月20日止，園區進駐團隊─當代傳奇劇場將枋橋大劇院打造成民初氛圍的夢幻戲園，由年輕京劇演員挑大樑，帶來「戲宴-青年戲曲節」，讓民眾一同享受集養生餐飲、精緻茶食、經典好戲之藝文饗宴。
